摘　　要：血清和糖皮质激素诱导蛋白激酶(SGKs)是一种AGC家族的丝氨酸苏氨酸蛋白激酶,其包括位于不同染色体的三个基因编码的蛋白激酶(SGK1、SGK2、SGK3)。SGKs主要由磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶(PI3K)激活,通过磷酸化下游的靶蛋白调控细胞的生长、神经元兴奋性、肾钠排泄等。SGK1作为PI3K通路主要的调节靶点,不仅参与离子转运、T细胞活化、炎症抑制、脂肪细胞分化,还在心肌细胞纤维化、血管钙化、炎症性肠病、自噬抑制、结直肠癌及多形胶质母细胞瘤等多种临床生理和病理过程中起重要作用。Serum and glucocorticoid-regulated protein kinases(SGKs),which include protein kinases encoded by three genes located on different chromosomes(SGK1, SGK2, SGK3),are serine-threonine protein kinase of the AGC family.SGKs are primarily activated by phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K) and regulate cell growth,neuronal excitability,and renal sodium excretion by phosphorylating downstream target proteins.As a major regulatory target of the PI3K pathway,SGK1 is not only involved in ion transport,T cell activation,inflammatory inhibition,adipocyte differentiation, but also plays an important role in various clinical physiological and pathological processes such as cardiomyocyte fibrosis,vascular calcification,inflammatory bowel disease,autophagy suppression,colorectal cancer and glioblastoma multiforme and so on.
