摘　　要：血压变异性与高血压患者心血管事件、靶器官损害密切相关,家庭血压监测可有效反映患者院外血压真实水平,增强患者管理血压的参与意识,改善依从性,常用于评估血压的长期变化和降压治疗效果。随着电子血压计的普及和人们科学管理血压的意识逐渐提高,家庭血压监测的血压变异性即家庭自测血压变异性(HBPV)逐渐发展与应用,其不仅可以反映患者院外真实的血压波动情况,也是动脉粥样硬化、心血管事件、脑卒中等高血压靶器官损害的重要影响因素。在高血压的诊治过程中,控制血压同时监测HBPV对减少高血压患者靶器官损害有益。以互联网平台为基础的家庭血压远程监测系统使血压水平的管理和HBPV的监测及计算更加便捷。Blood pressure variability is closely related to the occurrence of cardiovascular events and target organ damages in hypertensive patients.Home blood pressure monitoring can effectively reflect the actual blood pressure level outside the hospital.With home blood pressure monitoring,the patients would have better awareness that they are involved in controlling their own hypertension,and improve the compliance.Therefore,home blood pressure monitoring has been commonly used in evaluating the long-term trend of the blood pressure and assessing outcomes of antihypertensive treatments.With the prevalence of the electronic sphygmomanometer,people have had better awareness in controlling the blood pressure in a scientific way.Home blood pressure variability(HBPV) measured by home blood pressure monitoring is gradually developed and applied,which not only can reflect the actual blood pressure fluctuations of the patients outside the hospital,but also is an important influence indicator of atherosclerosis,cardiovascular events,stroke and other target organ damage of hypertension.Controlling blood pressure and monitoring HBPV during the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension is beneficial to reduce target organ damage in the patients,and home blood pressure telemonitoring system based on internet platform makes blood pressure level management and HBPV monitoring and calculation more convenient.
