摘 要:建立了气相色谱-串联质谱法(GC-MS/MS)同时测定香精和烟草中16种致香成分的分析方法。香精样品经振荡提取、烟草样品经微波辅助萃取后,采用GC-MS/MS多反应监测(MRM)模式进行测定,内标法定量。16种致香成分的线性范围为0.1~10.0μg/mL,在三个不同添加水平下的平均回收率为81.3%~107.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.2%~10.9%,检出限(LOD)均在0.002~0.500μg/mL。该方法简便快速、选择性好、灵敏度高,为烟草复杂基质中多种致香成分检测提供了一种高效、准确的分析方法。A method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 16 aroma components in flavors and tobacco by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).The flavor samples were extracted by oscillation,while the tobacco samples were extracted by microwave-assisted extraction(MAE).The extracts were analyzed by GC-MS/MS in multiple-reaction monitoring(MRM)mode,quantified by the internal standard method.The linear ranges of 16 aroma components were between 0.1 and 10.0μg/mL.The average recoveries of 16 aroma components in flavors and tobacco ranged from 81.3%to 107.4%,with RSDs were all between 2.2%and 10.9%at three spiked concentration levels.The detection limits(LODs)were between 0.002-0.500μg/mL.This method is fast,simple,sensitive and specific.It provides an efficient and accurate method for the detection of various aroma components in the complex matrix of tobacco.
