摘　　要：通过对欧盟化妆品快速预警体系和RAPEX系统的文献研究,探索欧盟化妆品快速预警及风险信息通报的法律依据、基础要素,以及风险信息通报来源及内容;通过EXCEL对RAPEX系统内2011年至2018年通报化妆品案件的数据分析,研究欧盟通报化妆品总体情况及我国化妆品被通报情况,为我国开展进口非特殊用途化妆品备案工作提供信息支撑。Through review on EU cosmetics rapid alert and RAPEX systems,the legal basis,basic elements,risk information notification source and content of the EU cosmetics rapid alert and the risk notification were explored.According to the data analysis of cosmetic cases reported in RAPEX system(from 2011 to 2018)by EXCEL,the general situation of EU cosmetics notification,together with the domestic notification situation were obtained.It provided information support for the work of non-specific imported cosmetics regulation system in China.
