摘  要:本文考察不同含量的树脂黏结剂对电化石墨粉制备的电化石墨电刷的影响。实验数据表明:树脂黏结剂的含量越大,电化石屋电刷的磨损越大,其寿命越低。这可能是由于随着树脂黏结剂含量的增加,导致在焙烧过程中形成的树脂焦含量增大,由于树脂焦硬且脆,树脂焦含量增大破坏了氧化膜生成,导致氧化膜变薄润滑性变差而造成磨损变大。In this paper,the effect of resin binder with different content on the electrochemical graphite brush prepared by electrochemical graphite powder was investigated.The experimental data show that the higher the content of resin binder,the greater the wear of the brush and the lower its life.This may be due to the increase of resin binder content,resulting in the increase of resin coke content formed in the baking process.Due to the hardness and brittleness of resin coke,the increase of resin coke content destroys the formation of oxide film,resulting in the thinning of oxide film and poor lubricity,resulting in the increase of wear.
