摘 要:本实验进行了催化剂种类、用量、助催化剂种类、用量、反应温度、投料比等影响因素进行考察,发现选择醋酸亚铁胶束作均相催化剂,三氟醋酸作助催化剂,35%过氧化氢作氧化剂,在乙腈中可直接发生苯羟基化反应制备苯酚。结果表明,当苯与H2O2体积比为1∶1,铁催化剂与苯投料比为1∶450,催化剂醋酸亚铁与助催化剂三氟醋酸物质的量比为1∶10时,60℃下在乙腈中反应4 h,苯转化率可达20%,苯酚选择性达92%。Phenol hydroxylation with aqueous hydrogen peroxide was known as the most effective manufacture in the world.In this paper,the homogeneous oxidation of benzene over iron acetate micelles as catalyst with trifluoroacetic acid as co-catalyst was also carried out under moderate conditions of temperature.It was found that in the system composed of benzene and hydrogen peroxide(1∶1,v/v),iron acetate and trifluoroacetic acid(1∶10,mol ratio)in acetonitrile,keeping the reaction temperature at 60℃ for 4 h,the conversion of benzene is 20% with phenol selectivity of 92%.
