摘  要:本研究采用水热法合成了层状Bi2WO6,并用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对合成的材料进行表征。用氧化钇稳定氧化锆(YSZ)和Bi2WO6组装气体传感器,并进行气敏性能测试。结果表明传感器对NO2具有很好地响应恢复性能。传感器在最佳工作温度下(550℃)的灵敏度可以达到64.72 mV/decade,同时传感器具有很好的稳定性、重复性和选择性。此外,本文还基于混合电动势机理对传感器的工作曲线做了解释。In this study,layered Bi2WO6 was synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The gas sensor was assembled with yttrium stabilized zirconia(YSZ)and Bi2WO6,and the gas sensitivity performance was tested.The results show that the sensor has a good response recovery performance to NO2.The sensitivity of the sensor at the optimal operating temperature(550℃)can reach 64.72 mV/decade,while the sensor has good stability,repeatability and selectivity.In addition,the working curve of the sensor is explained based on the mechanism of mixed electromotive forcemechanism.
