摘  要:本文主要研究了由头孢噻肟活性脂合成头孢噻肟酸的工艺,在未用萃取工艺的前提下,以二氯甲烷为溶媒,以7-氨基头孢烷酸(7-ACA)和头孢噻肟活性脂为原料,三乙胺为催化剂,亚硫酸氢钠为抗氧化剂,成功合成了头孢噻肟酸。实验结果表明,通过调节二氯甲烷用量,调整过滤、洗涤温度,在其它操作不变的情况下,7-ACA到头孢噻肟酸质量转化率1∶1.67,摩尔转化率1∶0.96,收率提高11.6%。并且二氯甲烷的用量对反应速度、产品晶型及产品收率起着非常重要的作用,尤其是产品收率主要由二氯甲烷用量决定。This paper mainly studied the synthesis process of cefotaxime acid from cefotaxime active lipid.Under the premise of no extraction process,cefotaxime acid was successfully synthesized by using dichloromethane as solvent,7-amino cefotaxime acid(7-ACA)and cefotaxime active lipid as raw materials,triethylamine as catalyst and sodium bisulfite as antioxidant.The experimental results showed that the yield of 7-ACA to cefotaxime acid was increased by 11.6%by adjusting the dosage of dichloromethane,the filtration and washing temperature,and the weight conversion rate of 7-ACA to cefotaxime acid was 1∶1.67 and the molar conversion rate was 1∶0.96 with other operations unchanged.Moreover,the amount of di-chloromethane plays a very important role in reaction rate,product crystal form and product yield,espe-cially the yield is mainly determined by the amount of dichloromethane.
