摘  要:本研究优化了葡萄籽总黄酮提取工艺。在考察料液比、乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间对葡萄籽总黄酮提取率影响的基础上,采用L9(3……4)正交试验法对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,葡萄籽总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度60%、料液比1∶10、温度80℃、提取时间2.5 h。在此条件下葡萄籽总黄酮提取率为1.1321%。The extraction technology of total flavonoids from grape seed was optimized in this paper.On the basis of investigating the effect of solid to liquid ratio,ethanol concentration,extraction temperature and time on the yield of total flavonoids from grape seed,L 9(3^4)orthogonal experiments was used to optimize the extraction process.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration was 60%,material to liquid was 1∶10,extraction temperature was 80℃,and extraction time was 2.5 h.The extraction rate of total flavonoids from grape seed was 1.1321% under this condition.
