稳定性同位素氘标记苏丹红I-D5的均匀性分析

摘　　要：在分析测量中,稳定性同位素标准物质在检定和校准测量仪器,评价分析测量方法,确定材料特性量值以及生产过程中的质量控制等方面起着不可缺少的重要作用。因此,稳定性同位素标准物质可以促进测量技术发展,保证测量结果的可靠性和有效性,保证商品交换或技术交流之间分析结果的可比性和一致性。本论文对稳定性同位素标准物质苏丹红-I-D 5的均匀性进行了研究。对稳定性同位素氘的同位素丰度和化学纯度特性值量进行检验,并对同位素丰度和化学纯度均>99%的样品在干燥、洁净的分装实验室进行分装。对苏丹红-I-D 5的同位素丰度和化学纯度进行均匀性检验;结果表明,苏丹红-I-D 5的同位素丰度和化学纯度均匀性良好,并通过F和t检验。The stable isotopic labeling reference materials play an indispensable role in the verification and calibration measuring instruments,evaluation analysis methods,determining the material characteristic and the quality control in the process of production.So using of stable isotopic labeling reference materials can promote the development of measurement technology,ensure the reliability and validity of the test results and guaranteethe results of analysis of comparability and consistency between commodity exchange and technical exchanges.This paper studied the analysis of uniformity of Sudan-I-D 5.The isotopic abundance of D and chemical purity have been analyzed.Samples which chemical purity and isotopic abundance are more than 99%,were packed in a dry and clean laboratory.Uniformity and stability analysis experiments were carried out on the characteristic values of Sudan-I-D 5.The results show that uniformity is satisfactory through the F-test and t-test.
