摘  要:本文以铜绿假单胞菌和皂角苷为降解菌和表面活性剂代表,研究表面活性剂对生物添加增效修复多环芳烃污染土壤的影响。发现铜绿假单胞菌可高效降解溶液中的菲,降解率达77.9%。低浓度皂角苷(100 mg·L^-1以下)可增加土壤中菲和芘的去除,但会抑制假单胞菌的生长和降解能力。铜绿假单胞菌加入土壤中并不会促进土壤污染物降解,也未显示对皂角苷(~4000 mg·L^-1)的耐受性,生物添加在实际应用中需慎重考虑。The effects of surfactant on bioremediation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon(PAH)-contaminated soil using bioaugmentation were conducted,where Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and saponin were used as representatives of degrader and surfactant,respectively.It was found that Pseudomonas strain could effectively reduce the phenanthrene concentration,where the degradation could reach up to 77.9%.The addition of saponin at relative low concentration(less than 100 mg·L^-1)could enhanced the biodegradation of phenanthrene and pyrene in soil,whereas the growth of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa was slightly inhibited.Unfortunately,the augmentation of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa into soil did not enhanced the bioremediation of PAHs in soil,nor improved the tolerance to saponin(~4000 mg·L^-1).Results indicated that it should be carefully evaluatedbefore using augmentation in practical treatments.
