摘 要:以氮杂环卡宾离子液体[BMim]Im作为催化剂,利用单因素实验和正交实验探索并优化了由苯甲醛合成苯偶姻的工艺条件。产物通过红外分析和核磁共振分析进行了结构确认。实验最优条件为:苯甲醛(新蒸)5 mL,50%NaOH水溶液1.1 mL,THF 20 mL作为溶剂,55℃下搅拌3 min,最高产率可达89.4%。该方法的显著优点是易于后处理,产率高,重现性好,反应时间短。The process conditions for the synthesis of benzoin from benzaldehyde were investigated and optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment with N-heterocyclic carbine ionic liquids[BMim]Im.The structure of product was confirmed by infrared analysis and nuclear magnetic resonance analysis.The optimized conditions were as follows:using benzaldehyde(new steamed)5 mL,50%NaOH(aq)1.1 mL and THF 20 mL as the solvents,stirred at 55℃for 3 min,the highest yield could reach 89.4%.The remarkable advantages of this method were easy work-up,higher yield,good reproducibility and shorter reaction time.
