摘 要:为提高注塑机加工聚合物的混炼能力,采用Solidworks软件构建了拉伸孔混炼单元三维实体模型。利用Polyflow软件的流体有限元分析功能对拉伸孔混炼单元进行模拟分析,并与普通螺杆单元作对比分析。通过统计粒子的停留时间概率分布曲线、分离尺度曲线、最大剪切应力曲线,表明拉伸孔混炼单元对聚合物流体的分布混合性能和分散混合性能均优于普通螺杆单元,从而得出拉伸孔混炼单元的混炼性能优于普通螺杆单元的结论。In order to improve the mixing ability of polymer processed by injection molding machine,a three-dimensional solid model of the drawing hole mixing unit was built by Solidworks software.The fluid finite element analysis function of Polyflow software was used to simulate and analyze the mixing unit of the stretching hole compared with common screw unit.Through statistical residence time probability distribution curve,separation scale curve and maximum shear stress curve,it was shown that the distribution mixing performance and dispersion mixing performance of the stretching hole mixing unit were better than that of the common screw unit.Therefore,it was concluded that the mixing performance of the stretching hole mixing unit was better than that of the common screw unit.
