应用流动注射法测定生活饮用水中的阴离子合成洗涤剂

摘　　要：采用宝德流动注射分析仪MFIA-6000,对生活饮用水中的阴离子合成洗涤剂进行测定。分别对阴离子合成洗涤剂的检出限、测定下限、精密度、准确度、加标回收率进行实验论证。实验结果表明,该方法的线性良好,加标回收率、检出限、测定下限、精密度、准确度均能满足实验要求。流动注射法操作简单、自动化程度高,用在线萃取替代人工萃取,更能有效提高工作效率。The anion synthetic detergent in drinking water was determined by using MFIA 6000 analyzer.The detection limit,determination limit,precision,accuracy and standard recovery of anion synthetic detergent were demonstrated.Experimental results showed that the method had good linearity,standard recovery,detection limit,lower limit,precision and accuracy.The flow injection method was simple to operate and highly automated.It was more efficient to replace manual extraction with online extraction.
