浅析燃煤电厂环境监理月报的编制要点

摘　　要：燃煤电厂建设周期长,建设期影响范围广,容易造成环境破坏,导致大气、水体、土壤等污染及生态环境破坏,对其环境监理提出了更高要求。环境监理月报的工作内容可以成为建设单位进行重大决策的借鉴和导向,也有利于各方工作更加协调和有效。本文以江苏一2×1000 MW机组燃煤电厂为例,通过分析环境监理月报的编制要点,为环境保护“三同时”制度的落实提供保障,为后期燃煤电厂环境监理月报的编制提供参考。Long-term construction period of coal-fired power plants and wide range of influence during the construction period is easy to cause environmental damage,lead to pollution of the atmosphere,water,soil,etc,higher requirements for its environmental supervision are put forward.The work content of the environmental supervision monthly report can be used as a reference and guide for the construction unit to make major decisions,it is also conducive to more coordinated and effective work.Taking Jiangsu 2×1000 MW unit coal-fired power plant as an example,through the analysis of the preparation points of the environmental supervision monthly report,protection for the implementation of"three simultaneous"system of environmental protection was provided,providing reference for the preparation of the monthly report on environmental supervision of coal-fired power plants.
