摘　　要：概述了一酸一碱法生产氧氯化锆工艺流程,介绍了氧氯化锆行业固液分离中过滤机、离心机、压滤机的工作原理和基本工作参数。讨论了固液分离设备对产品质量和产能的影响;结果表明了离心机分离得到的产品质量最佳,但效率较低;过滤机分离得到的质量最差,但效率最高;压滤机介于两者之间;研究结果可为氧氯化锆行业生产中固液分离的设备选型提供一定的参考。The process of preparing zirconium oxychloride by acid-base method was briefly described.The principles and basic parameters of belt filter,centrifuge and filter-press in solid-liquid separation of zirconium oxychloride industry were introduced.The effects of equipment on product quality and productivity were discussed.The results showed that the quality of products separated by centrifuge was the best when the efficiency was low,the quality of products separated by filter was the worst when the efficiency the highest,the filter press was between these two.The research results can be used in zirconium oxychloride industry.The selection of equipment for solid-liquid separation in production can provide some reference.
