摘  要:《药物合成反应》课程是制药工程的专业基础课程,针对当前课程的教学现状,从教学目标出发,以培养学生创新实践能力培养为目标,改变传统的课堂组织模式,引入“慕课+翻转课堂”混合教学模式,从课前自学、课中讨论和考核评价三个方面进行教学设计,设计一套行之有效的教学策略,精选教材,提炼共性,与时俱进安排教学内容。通过翻转课堂教学实践研究,解决《药物合成反应》教学中的问题,积极探讨教学内容和教学方法,提高翻转课堂教学效果。The course of Drug Synthesis Reaction is a professional basic course of Pharmaceutical Engineering.In view of the current teaching situation of the course,starting from the teaching objective,and aiming at cultivating students’innovative and practical ability,the traditional classroom organization mode was changed,and the mixed teaching mode of“MOOC+Flipped Classroom”was introduced.Teaching design was carried out from three aspects:self-study before class,discussion in class and assessment and evaluation.A set of effective teaching strategies were designed,textbooks were selected,commonalities were extracted,and teaching content was arranged by keeping pace with the times.Through the practical study of flip classroom teaching,the problems in the teaching of Drug Synthesis Reaction were solved,the teaching content and methods were actively explored,and the effect of flipped classroom teaching was improved.
