摘　　要：近几年化工事故频发暴露安全环保管理隐患,表明提高本质安全、促进绿色发展势在必行。"责任关怀"是全球化工行业自愿改善环境、健康和安全保障的承诺,实施责任关怀有助于增强公众对化工行业安全管理的信任,确保化学品对环境的影响最小,提高人们的生活质量。鉴于此,总结分析近年来农药行业开展责任关怀的实践经验,引导更多的企业认识、践行责任关怀理念,在社会公众中树立农药企业的良好形象,促进行业持续发展。In recent years, frequency chemical accidents have exposed safety and environmental management risks, and meant that it is imperative to improve intrinsic safety and promote green development. Responsible Care is a voluntary commitment by the global chemical industry to drive continuous improvement and achieve excellence in environmental,health and safety and security performance. The commitment helps to enhance public confidence in the industry to safely manage chemicals while ensuring that chemistry can continue to contribute to a healthier environment, improved living standards and a better quality of life for all. This review summarizes and analyzes the experience of Responsible Care in the pesticide industry, guides more and more companies to understand and practice Responsible Care, establishes a good brand in the public, and promotes sustainable development.
