摘  要:心房颤动是临床上较常见的一种心律失常,其发生机制尚未完全阐明。同型半胱氨酸是心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素,其水平与心脑血管事件的风险呈明显正相关。近年来研究认为同型半胱氨酸在心房颤动的发生、发展、预后及其复发中起着重要作用。现就同型半胱氨酸与心房颤动的相关性做一综述。Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common arrhythmias in clinical practice,however,its mechanism has not been yet fully understood.Homocysteine is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and its level is positively correlated with the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.Recent studies have shown that homocysteine plays an important role in the occurrence,development,prognosis and recurrence of atrial fibrillation.This article reviews the association between homocysteine and atrial fibrillation.
