摘　　要：心肺运动试验在心血管疾病领域的临床运用价值在国外已得到大量循证医学证据证实,尤其是对冠心病的预测、筛查、诊断、评估严重程度与预后、指导心脏康复运动等方面显示出其独特优势,但心肺运动试验的临床运用在国内起步晚,在冠心病领域很多研究处于空白状态,现主要学习近期国外文献,总结心肺运动试验在冠心病的运用现状。The clinical application value of cardiopulmonary exercise test in the field of cardiovascular disease has been confirmed by a large number of evidence-based medical evidence abroad,especially it shows unique advantages in the prediction of coronary heart disease,screening,diagnosis,assessment of severity and prognosis,and guidance of cardiac rehabilitation exercise.The clinical application of cardiopulmonary exercise test started late in China,and many studies in the field of coronary heart disease are in a blank state.This paper mainly studies the recent foreign literature and summed up the clinical application status of cardiopulmonary exercise test in coronary heart disease.
