摘 要:设计了适用于掘锚综合机组的交流变频牵引系统,阐述了变频器的主回路及控制回路原理,分析了矿用变频器运行中产生和受到各种电磁干扰,并结合实际使用情况提出变频牵引控制系统的电磁兼容解决方案,实际应用结果表明,变频牵引控制系统成功应用于井下掘锚综合机组,工作面其他设备及传感器运转正常,取得了较好的经济效益及社会效益。Designed the AC variable frequency traction system suitable for the digging and anchoring integrated unit,the main circuit and control loop principle of the frequency converter were explained,the various electromagnetic interference produced and received in the operation of mine frequency converter were analyzed. Combined with the actual use,the electromagnetic compatibility solution scheme of the variable frequency traction control system was proposed. The actual results show that the variable frequency traction control system is successfully applied to the underground mine digging and anchoring integrated unit,other equipment and sensor operation on the working surface. Normal,achieved good economic and social benefits.
