摘 要:结合永磁传动和螺旋传动技术,设计了一种新型永磁安全联轴器。分析了其结构和工作原理,并对其磁路进行了仿真计算。对过载工况下两永磁转子分离时的轴向力进行了计算。制造样机进行模拟工况试验。研究结果表明:该安全联轴器设定的过载力矩恒定,遇到过载工况时两永磁转子能够及时可靠自动脱开磁耦合传动关系,并可通过手动对力矩进行恢复,因此该安全联轴器可应用于需要过载保护的重要机械传动系统。Combined with permanent magnetic drive and screw drive technology,a new permanent magnet safety coupling(PMSC) was designed. The structure and working principle of PMSC were analyzed,and the magnetic circuit was simulated. The axial force of two permanent magnetic rotors of PMSC under the condition of overload was calculated. The prototype of PMSC was manufactured and the simulation test was also carried out. The research results showed that the setting overload torque of the PMSC is constant,the two permanent magnet rotors can reliably detached the magnetic coupling transmission relation when the overload condition was encountered, and torque transmission can be restored manually. The PMSC can be applied to the important mechanical transmission system that needs overload protection.
