摘 要:井下动筛跳汰排矸是目前应用效果较好的井下原煤初选排矸方式,其传动机构的急回特性是影响物料分层的关键因素之一。首先将动筛传动机构简化为六连杆机构,得到了各机构之间的关系,在ADAMS软件中建立了传动机构的三维参数化模型,以行程速比系数k的最大值为目标函数,并施加约束条件,得到了对目标函数影响较大的设计变量及其影响规律。优化后的k值提高了2.91%,有效提高了跳汰机的煤矸分层效果,为动筛式跳汰机的优化设计改进提供参考。Downhole moving sieve jigging and drainage is the primary method of primary well drainage for underground coal. The quick return characteristics of the transmission mechanism is one of the key factors affecting material stratification. Firstly,the moving screen transmission mechanism was simplified into a six-bar linkage mechanism,and the relationship between the various mechanisms was obtained. The three-dimensional parametric model of the transmission mechanism was established in the ADAMS software, and the maximum value of the stroke speed ratio coefficient k was taken as the objective function. The constraints were implemented,and the design variables with great influence on the objective function and the influence law were obtained through analysis. Finally,the optimized k value was increased by 2.91%,which can effectively improve the stratification effect of the jig coal gangue,and provide a reference for the optimization design improvement of the moving sieve jig.
