摘 要:通过分析矸石从采空区混入煤流、从掩护梁混入煤流和直接进入刮板输送机3种不同路径的特点,设计了高可靠性传感器;提出了区别于人工放煤的智能放煤工艺,在尾梁和插板千斤顶中安设行程传感器,实现了顶煤冒放的精准控制,提高了放煤控制系统的实用性和可靠性。The characteristics of three kinds path of gangue mixing in coal flow from goaf,gob shield and directly into the scraper conveyor were analyzed. The high reliability sensors were designed. The intelligent top coal caving technology was put forward,which was different from manual top coal caving.The route sensor was installed in the jack of tail beam and spile,which realizes the precise control of top coal caving,and improves the practicability and reliability of top coal caving control system.
