摘 要:为了有效地对采煤机摇臂轴承进行状态监控和故障分析,对稀疏分解方法字典的选取进行了深入研究。首先对稀疏表示常用分析字典进行分析,并结合采煤机摇臂滚动轴承故障机理及信号特征,选取符合单边衰减冲击响应的Laplace小波作为基原子,构造一种Laplace小波字典;通过加噪信号仿真分析,验证了基于Laplace小波字典稀疏表示方法的有效性;最后通过实验验证,将该方法应用于采煤机摇臂轴承故障诊断中,能有效提取滚动轴承故障特征。结果表明,该稀疏编码的方法在采煤机摇臂滚动轴承故障诊断方面具有良好的实用性。In order to effectively monitor the state and analyze the fault of the shearer ranging arm′s bearing, the selection of the dictionary of sparse decomposition method was studied deeply. Firstly, the common analysis dictionary of sparse representation was analyzed. Combined with the failure mechanism and signal characteristics of the shearer ranging arm′ s bearing,the Laplace wavelet conforming to the unilateral attenuation impulse response was selected as the base atom to construct a Laplace wavelet dictionary. Through the simulation analysis of noisy signal verified the effectiveness of the sparse representation method based on Laplace wavelet dictionary. Finally, the method was applied to the fault diagnosis of the shearer ranging arm′s bearing by experiment verification,which can effectively extract the fault characteristics of rolling bearing. The results show that the sparse coding method has good practicability in the fault diagnosis of the bearings of shearer ranging arm.
