摘　　要：针对采煤机验收过程中摇臂销轴产生的异响问题,首先介绍了销轴的结构,然后建立了采煤机空载调高系统的力学模型,通过三维模型的建立,运用ADAMS以及ANSYS软件对销轴的强度进行了分析,得出了应力超标不是造成销轴处发出声响的原因。Aiming at the problem of abnormal sound produced by rocker pin shaft in the process of acceptance of shearer, the structure of pin shaft was introduced firstly, and then the mechanical model of no-load lifting system of shearer was established. Through the establishment of three-dimensional model, the strength of pin shaft was analyzed by ADAMS and ANSYS software. It is concluded that excessive stress is not the reason for the sound produced by pin shaft.
