摘　　要：编辑应通过退修,指导作者对论文进行有效的修改,从而使论文质量获得提升。能够获得广泛传播的表达内容主要包含以下3个方面,即观点、观点形成的过程,以及观点蕴含的能量。以观点为核心进行退修,感知、挖掘,并引导作者表达出论文原稿的这3大内容,可以使退修取得事半功倍的效果。Editors should guide authors to make effective revision of the original paper,and to improve the quality. The content of expression that can be widely spread mainly includes the following three aspects,ideas,the process of ideas formation,and the energy the ideas contain. Taking the viewpoint as the core to carry on manuscript revising, and guide authors to express these three contents of the original paper,can achieve twice the result with half the effort.
