摘　　要：假冒学术期刊网站严重侵害作者切身利益和期刊声誉,扰乱正常的出版秩序和学术风气。文章通过举证假冒网站违法行为出现的新动向,揭示其欺骗性、隐蔽性和诱惑性,并从贯穿出版链条各个环节的角度,分析造成假冒期刊网站屡禁不绝的深层原因,发现行政监管乏力、搜索公司唯利、期刊服务缺位、作者投机求成、司法打击疲软等因素为不法分子提供了可乘之机。针对以上原因,提出加大监管介入、加强行业自检、提高甄别能力、完善司法保障等多维度全体系治理假冒学术期刊网站的对策建议。Counterfeit websites of academic journals not only seriously infringe the authors ’ interests and the journals ’reputation,but also disturb academic environment and the order of press and publishing. By exposing the new features of counterfeit websites,we can find its deception,concealment and temptation.From all links in the publishing chain,this paper analyzes the deep reasons for counterfeit websites never be eliminated. According to the lack of inadequate supervision and legal protection,and the responsibilities of editors,authors as well as the search engine companies,this article propose the corresponding solutions,such as strengthening supervision intervention, improving publishing institutions self-inspection, enhancing preventive abilities and ameliorating legal protection.
