摘　　要：针对科技期刊编辑在处理稿件过程中对论文有过度编修的问题,提出编辑在工作中需要具有一定界限意识的观点。首先明确编辑和作者对论文拥有的各自的权利和权利界限,以权利是否越过其正当性为界限,然后对工作中编辑越界的一些情况进行分析,明晰编辑权利及界限,保护作者学术论文的完整性,从而形成有利于科技信息和知识传播的良性互动局面。Aiming at the problem that journal editors over editing paper,this paper puts forward the view that editors need to have certain boundaries in their work. Firstly,the author and editor should clearly define their respective boundary rights in the activities of publishing,and take the legitimacy of their rights as the boundary. Then,we analyze the situation of editors crossing the boundaries in their work,discuss the rights and boundaries of editors,how top rotect the integrity of authors’ academic papers,and thus forming a benign interactive situation conducive to the dissemination of scientific information.
