基层医院应用酮替芬治疗咳嗽的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察酮替芬联合抗感染、祛痰等治疗咳嗽的疗效。方法:2014年1月-2017年12月收治咳嗽患者120例,随机分为两组。对照组给予抗感染、祛痰治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用酮替芬治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组平均住院日少于对照组,患者咳嗽好转程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在抗感染祛痰基础上联合酮替芬治疗呼吸道感染所致咳嗽有较好效果。Objective:To explore the effect of ketotifen combined with anti infection and expectorant in the treatment of cough.Methods:From January 2014 to December 2017,120 cough patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with anti infection and expectorant,the observation group was treated with ketotifen on the basis of the control group.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the average length of stay was less than that in the control group,and the improvement of cough was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ketotifen is effective in the treatment of cough caused by respiratory tract infection.
