大剂量肾上腺素联合阿托品在急性心脏骤停院前急救中的应用价值评价

摘　　要：目的:分析大剂量肾上腺素联合阿托品在急性心脏骤停院前急救中的应用价值。方法:2018年2-12月收治急性心脏骤停患者56例,随机分为两组各28例。两组均采用相同基础性院前急救,对照组采用常规剂量肾上腺素联合阿托品治疗,试验组给予大剂量肾上腺素联合阿托品治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:试验组急救成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组自主呼吸恢复率及自主循环恢复率优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大剂量肾上腺素联合阿托品治疗急性心脏骤停效果较好,可提高急救成功率,使患者自主呼吸和自主循环得到改善,但治疗后不良反应发生率相对较高。Objective:To analyze the application value of high dose adrenaline combined with atropine in pre-hospital emergency treatment of acute cardiac arrest.Methods:From February to December 2018,56 patients with acute cardiac arrest were enrolled,they randomly divided into two groups,28 cases in each.Both groups were treated with the same basic pre-hospital first aid,the control group was treated with conventional dose adrenaline combined with atropine,the experimental group was treated with high dose adrenaline combined with atropine.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The success rate of first aid in the experimental group was higher than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The recovery rate of spontaneous respiration and spontaneous circulation in the experimental group was better than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high dose adrenaline combined with atropine is effective in the treatment of acute cardiac arrest and it can improve the success rate of first aid.The patient's spontaneous breathing and spontaneous circulation are improved,but the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment is relatively high.
