老年高血压病患者心率变异与心律失常分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年高血压病患者心率变异对心律失常的影响。方法:2018年1-12月收治老年高血压病患者98例,住院期间行24 h动态心电图,记录心率变异各指标及心律失常情况。根据是否伴有心律失常分为高血压病不伴有心律失常组和高血压病伴有心律失常组,比较两组心率变异指标水平差异。结果:高血压病伴有心律失常患者心率变异降低明显;不同类型心律失常老年高血压病患者心率变异各指标水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年高血压病患者心律失常的发生与心率变异相关,可以通过其变化评估患者预后。Objective:To investigate the effect of heart rate variability on arrhythmia in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:From January to December 2018,98 elderly patients with hypertension were enrolled,24 h dynamic electrocardiogram was performed during hospitalization,the indexes of heart rate variability and arrhythmia were recorded.According to whether or not there was arrhythmia,they were divided into hypertension without arrhythmia group and hypertension with arrhythmia group,the difference of heart rate variability index level between the two groups was compared.Results:The heart rate variability of hypertension patients with arrhythmia decreased significantly,the levels of heart rate variability in elderly patients with hypertension and different types of arrhythmia were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The occurrence of arrhythmia in elderly patients with hypertension is related to heart rate variability,the prognosis of the patients can be assessed by their change.
