安全护理在老年人电子胃镜检查中的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨安全护理在老年人电子胃镜检查过程中的重要性。方法:2017年9月-2018年2月选取行电子胃镜检查的老年患者301例,均给予安全护理,总结检查前、检查中、检查后护理要点及注意事项。结果:301例患者均安全、有效、顺利完成了胃镜检查,无一例并发症发生。结论:安全护理在老年患者在行胃镜检查前、检查中、检查后均有重要意义。Objective:To explore the importance of safety nursing in the process of electronic gastroscopy in the elderly.Methods:From September 2017 to February 2018,301 elderly patients who underwent electronic gastroscopy were selected.All of them were given safety care,and the nursing points and precautions before,during and after the examination were summarized.Results:All the 301 patients were safe,effective,and successfully completed the gastroscopy.No complications occurred.Conclusion:Safety care is important in elderly patients before,during and after gastroscopy.
