摘　　要：生殖系统手术对卵巢癌患者性生活质量会造成无法避免的影响,目前相关研究多集中在生活质量改善上,较少有研究涉及术后性生活改善。但仍有一些研究表明,中医护理和认知行为疗法等在卵巢癌患者术后性生活质量的改善上具有一定作用。文章综述中医护理及认知行为疗法对年轻卵癌患者治疗后性生活质量的影响,以提供临床指导。Reproductive system surgery will have an inevitable effect on the sexual life quality of patients with ovarian cancer,at present,most of the related studies focus on the improvement of quality of life,but few studies involve the improvement of sexual life after operation.However,some studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine and cognitive-based therapy played an important role in improving the quality of sexual life in patients with ovarian cancer.In this paper,the effects of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and cognitive behavioral therapy on the quality of sexual life of young patients with ovarian cancer after treatment were reviewed in order to provide clinical guidance.
