摘　　要：目的:探讨抗风湿病药物对类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者血脂水平的影响。方法:2018年4月-2019年1月收治RA患者30例作为观察组,选取同期健康体检者40例为对照组。观察组给予甲氨蝶呤、来氟米特以及小剂量强的松治疗,检测治疗前后血脂各项指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]水平,并与对照组比较。结果:观察组治疗前TC、TG、LDL-C水平均高于对照组,HDL-C水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C水平较治疗前降低,HDL-C水平较治疗前增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抗风湿病药物可降低RA患者的血脂水平,并减少发生相关心血管疾病的风险。Objective:To study the effects of anti-rheumatic drugs on blood lipid levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:30 RA patients were seelcted as the observation group from April 2018 to January 2019,40 healthy people in the physical examination center of our hospital were selected as the control group.The observation group was treated with methotrexate,leflunomide and low dose prednisone.The levels of blood lipid were measured and compared with the control group before and after treatment.Results:The levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of high-density lipoprotein were lower than those in the control group.The levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein in the observation group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of high-density lipoprotein were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anti-rheumatic drugs can reduce the blood lipid level and the risk of cardiovascular disease in RA patients.
