探讨自动痔核套扎术联合外痔切除术治疗混合痔的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:研究自动痔核套扎术联合外痔切除术治疗混合痔的效果。方法:2018年7月-2019年7月收治混合痔患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。对照组采用痔上黏膜环切术治疗,观察组采用自动痔核套扎术联合外痔切除术治疗。比较两组治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果:两组疗效均显著,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组平均手术时间及平均住院时间均短于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自动痔核套扎术联合外痔切除术治疗混合痔疗效显著,并发症发生率较低,安全性较高。Objective:To study the key points and effect of automatic hemorrhoidectomy combined with external hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:40 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were selected from July 2018 to July 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated by circumcision of hemorrhoid mucosa.The observation group was treated by automatic hemorrhoidectomy combined with external hemorrhoidectomy.We compared the therapeutic effect and the incidence of complications between the two groups.Results:The curative effect of the two groups was significant.The average operation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Automatic hemorrhoidectomy combined with external hemorrhoidectomy is effective in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,with a lower incidence of complications and higher safety.
