摘 要:目的:分析无创呼吸机治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床疗效。方法:收治重症肺炎患儿68例,随机分为两组,各34例。对照组给予鼻导管吸氧治疗,观察组给予无创呼吸机治疗。对比两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、血氧分压及血氧饱和度水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机治疗小儿重症肺炎能够明显提高临床疗效,改善患儿体内血氧分压与血氧饱和度水平,减轻缺氧症状。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children.Methods:68 children with severe pneumonia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups of 34 cases in each.The control group was given a nasal catheter for oxygen inhalation therapy,while the observation group was given noninvasive ventilator therapy.The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate,the partial pressure of blood oxygen and the blood oxygen saturation level in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The noninvasive ventilator can significantly improve the effective rate of treatment of severe pneumonia in children,it can improve the partial pressure of blood oxygen and the level of blood oxygen saturation in children,and alleviate the symptoms of hypoxia.
