贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压合并心衰的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压合并心衰的效果。方法:2018年2月-2019年2月收治老年原发性高血压合并心衰患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。单一组给予贝那普利治疗,联合组给予贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血压及心率水平。结果:联合组治疗总有效率显著高于单一组,治疗后舒张压、收缩压及心率等指标水平均优于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压合并心衰疗效显著,可有效稳定患者心率和血压水平。Objective:To explore the curative effect of benazepril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension and heart failure.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,82 elderly patients with essential hypertension and heart failure were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 41 cases in each.The single group was treated with benazepril,while the combined group was treated with benazepril and metoprolol.We compared the clinical efficacy,blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups.Results:In the combined group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the single group,and the levels of diastolic pressure,systolic pressure and heart rate after treatment were all better than those in the single group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of benazepril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension and heart failure is significant,it can effectively stabilize the patient's heart rate and blood pressure.
