芪参益气滴丸联合米力农治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察芪参益气滴丸联合米力农治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:2017年10月-2018年10月收治慢性心力衰竭患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组常规使用利尿剂、β受体阻滞剂、洋地黄类及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)或血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(ARB)等治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用芪参益气滴丸联合米力农治疗。两组均连续治疗7~14 d。比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血浆N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、血尿酸、左室射血分数、左室短轴缩短率、左室舒张末内径等指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪参益气滴丸在慢性心力衰竭患者治疗中有一定辅助性作用,能使左室收缩功能增强,从而改善心力衰竭症状。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of qishen yiqi dropping pills combined with milrinone in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:From October 2017 to October 2018,60 patients with chronic heart failure were enrolled,they were radomly divided into two groups of 30 cases each.The control group was treated with diuretics,beta-blockers,digitalis and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI)or angiotensin II receptor antagonists(ARB)etc;The treatment group was on this basis continuous treated with qishen yiqi dropping pills combined with milrinone for 7 days to 14 days.The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The index levels of NT-proBNP,blood uric acid,ejection fraction of left ventricle,left ventricular short-axis shortening and left ventricular end diastolic diameter etc of the treatment group were superior to those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The qishen yiqi dropping pills has a certain auxiliary effect in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure,which enhances the left ventricular systolic function and it can improve the symptoms of heart failure.
