摘　　要：口疮是以口腔黏膜处反复出现溃疡为主要临床表现的一类病症,相当于西医学的口腔溃疡,是临床常见病。因其火热致病者众多则以清热泻火或滋阴清热法治疗,但临床中很多患者治疗后易反复发作、病情缠绵不愈,而此类患者很多并无实热之象反有脾虚湿蕴之征,故应用健脾祛湿法予以治疗收效显著。The aphtha is a disease whose main clinical manifestations is repeatedly ulcerated in oral mucosa,it is equivalent to western medicine oral ulcer,which is a common clinical disease.Because of their fiery mouth sore cases many diseases,many people are treated by clearing heat-fire and nourishing yin and clearing heat methods.but lots of patients afer the clinic treatment,still have the aphtha repeatedly,the condition of the disease is not healed,however,many of these patients do not have the sign of solid heat,but have the sign of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation,so the method of spleen strengthening and clearing damp method is effective in the treatment of aphtha.
