捏脊配合中药敷贴治疗小儿咳嗽临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:分析捏脊配合中药敷贴治疗小儿咳嗽的效果。方法:2018年2月-2019年4月收治小儿咳嗽患儿184例,随机分为两组,各92例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组采取捏脊配合中药敷贴治疗。比较两组临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果:两组患儿治疗后总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:捏脊配合中药敷贴治疗小儿咳嗽具有较高疗效与安全性。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of chiropractic combined with traditional Chinese medicine application in the treatment of children's cough.Methods:From February 2018 to April 2019,184 children with cough were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 92 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,the observation group was treated with chiropractic combined with traditional Chinese medicine application.We compared the clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,Results:There was no significant difference in total clinical effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chiropractic combined with traditional Chinese medicine application in the treatment of children's cough has high efficacy and safety.
