摘　　要：目的:研究舒适护理在急诊异位妊娠患者中的应用效果。方法:2018年1-11月收治急诊异位妊娠患者328例,均给予舒适护理。统计患者护理前后脉搏情况和心理状态评分,记录患者护理满意度。结果:护理后患者脉搏数低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者护理后焦虑和抑郁评分均较护理前显著减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者护理满意度为98.78%。结论:舒适护理在急诊异位妊娠患者中的应用效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in emergency ectopic pregnancy.Methods:From January to November 2018,328 emergency ectopic pregnancy patients were selected and all of them were given comfortable care.We counted the pulse condition and mental state score of patients before and after nursing,and recorded the patients'nursing satisfaction.Results:The pulse number of patients after nursing was lower than that before nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression of patients after nursing were significantly reduced compared with those before nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients was 98.78%.Conclusion:The effect of comfortable nursing in emergency ectopic pregnancy is significant.
