摘　　要：目的:了解严重精神疾病患者家属对健康知识的需求状况。方法:选取2016年3月-2017年2月严重精神疾病患者家属219例,采用自行设计的健康知识问卷对患者家属进行调查。结果:收回问卷219份,其中有效问卷209份,有效率为95.43%。大部分家属非常需要进行药物作用、预防复发、控制情绪方法、饮食禁忌、睡眠障碍处理、遗传问题等相关知识的宣教。结论:严重精神疾病患者家属对精神疾病相关知识了解的需求十分迫切,进行深入细致的健康教育对提高精神病患者居家康复、降低复发具有显著作用。Objective:To understand the needs of family members of patients with severe mental illness for health knowledge.Methods:From March 2016 to February 2017,219 family members of patients with severe mental illness were selected,we used a self-designed health knowledge questionnaire to investigate the family members of patients.Results:219 questionnaires were collected,of which 209 were valid,the effective rate was 95.43%.Most of the family members were in great need of publicity and education about drug effects,prevention of recurrence,control of emotions,dietary taboos,treatment of sleep disorders,genetic problems and other related knowledge.Conclusion:The family members of the patients with severe mental illness need to know more about mental illness,in-depth and detailed health education will play an important role in improving home-based rehabilitation and reducing recurrence of mental patients.
