摘　　要：分析“院府合作”取得的成效,以推进医联体建设,提升基层医疗服务能力。在江苏省中医院与溧阳市政府“院府合作”的实践和探索下,溧阳分院紧紧依托江苏省中医院本部,在人事制度、分配制度、人才培养、优质医疗资源下沉、疑难病患者上转等方面取得了一定成效。医联体建设对于强基层、促进分级诊疗有重要作用。To sort out and summarize the results achieved in the"hospital-government cooperation"for one year,promote the construction of medical association,and improve the capacity of primary medical services.Under the practice and exploration of"hospital-government cooperation"between Jiangsu traditional Chinese medicine hospital and Liyang government,Liyang branch closely relies on the headquarters of Jiangsu traditional Chinese medicine hospital,in the personnel system,the distribution system,the personnel training,the high-quality medical resources sinking,difficult patients referral to higher level hospital,etc,some achievements have been achieved.The construction of medical association plays an important role in strengthening the grass-roots level and promoting hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.
