多属性决策方法在农村医疗服务质量评价中的应用研究

摘　　要：医疗服务质量是医疗服务市场竞争的第一要素,科学合理地进行医疗服务质量评价是改善提升医疗服务质量的基础前提。基于模糊多属性群决策方法中的ELECTRE方法构建我国农村医疗服务质量评价模型,从实证分析的角度对医院的医疗服务质量进行评价分析。研究结果表明,基于ELECTRE方法得出的医院医疗服务质量水平的优劣排序更客观、更合理。该方法将医疗服务质量评价的主客观信息融合考虑,有效避免了医疗服务质量评价过程中有效决策信息的不必要丢失,从而为农村医疗服务质量的改进提升提供科学依据。The quality of medical service is the first element of competition in the medical service market.Scientific and reasonable evaluation of medical service quality is the basic prerequisite for improving the quality of medical services.We construct the rural hospital medical service quality evaluation model based on the ELECTRE method of the fuzzy multiple attribute group decision making method,analyze the medical service quality from the perspective of empirical analysis.The results show that the ranking of hospital medical service quality based on ELECTRE method is more objective and more reasonable.This method considers the subjective and objective information of medical service quality evaluation,effectively avoids the unnecessary loss of effective decision information in the process of medical service quality evaluation,and provides a scientific basis for the improvement of rural medical service quality.
