摘　　要：“三变”改革作为农村体制改革的重要内容,是实现乡村振兴的重要抓手。“三变”改革之于乡村振兴具有重要的作用和意义,总结渭南市“三变”改革的经验和成效进行总结,阐述“三变”改革之于乡村振兴的实施机制和路径,指出“三变”改革在确权、收益分配、产业市场化运营等方面的重点和难点,对助推乡村振兴有着重要意义。“Three changes”reform is as an important part of the rural system reform,which is an important starting point for rural revitalization.This paper points out the role and significance of the“three changes”reform in rural revitalization,and sums up the experience and effect of Weinan’s“three changes”reform,the implementation mechanism and path of“three changes”reform in rural revitalization.Finally,the paper point out the key and difficult points in the reform of“three changes”is in the aspects of power confirmation,income distribution and industrial market operation.
