摘　　要：目的了解广州市医疗机构放射诊断工作人员职业健康管理相关知识知晓情况及其影响因素。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对来自省部级、市级、区级、社区和民营机构共468名放射诊断工作人员进行问卷调查。采用logistic回归进行职业健康管理相关知识知晓的影响因素分析。结果广州市医疗机构放射诊断工作人员职业健康管理相关知识总知晓率为78.56%。知晓现从事岗位患者和受检者以及工作人员个人防护用品配置的分别为0.44%和33.04%,放射工作人员职业健康管理知晓率为79.65%~99.12%。logistic回归分析发现,广州市放射诊断工作人员职业健康管理相关知识知晓的促进因素为放射工龄(OR=1.068)、市级医疗机构(OR=7.733)、从不担心电离辐射对自身健康影响(OR=4.764)和自觉现在工作环境辐射安全(OR=3.391)。结论广州市医疗机构放射诊断工作人员职业健康总知晓率较低,个人防护用品配置知晓最为薄弱,应加强相关教育和培训。Objective The study aimed to investigate the knowledge of occupational health management and its influencing factors among radiological diagnostic workers in medical institutions in Guangzhou.Methods A total of 468 radiological diagnostic workers from provincial and ministerial,municipal,district-level,community and private institutions were chosen by stratified cluster sampling and investigated by questionnaire.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of occupational health management knowledge.Results The total knowledge rate of occupational health management among radiological diagnostic workers in medical institutions in Guangzhou was 78.56%.The awareness rates of knowing the current position of personal protective equipment configuration of the patients and the workers were 0.44%and 33.04%,respectively.The knowledge rate of occupational health management ranged from 79.65%to 99.12%.Logistic regression analysis showed that the promoting factors for the knowledge of occupational health management of radiological diagnostic workers in Guangzhou were the radiation length of service(OR=1.068),municipal medical institutions(OR=7.733),never worrying about the impact of ionizing radiation on their own health(OR=4.764),and confidence of radiation safety of working environment(OR=3.391).Conclusion The total occupational health awareness rate of radiological diagnostic staff in medical institutions in Guangzhou is low,especially in terms of personal protective equipment for patients and workers.
