摘　　要：目的探讨着丝粒蛋白-A(CENP-A)在哈萨克族食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法应用ELISA方法检测58例哈族食管癌患者术前外周血和正常哈族人外周血,用组织芯片技术及免疫组化Envision法检测CENP-A在哈族食管癌及癌旁组织中的表达,分析其与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果58例哈族食管癌患者血清中CENP-A含量明显高于正常哈族人(t=14.371,P<0.001);哈族食管癌组织中CENP-A阳性表达率为67.2%(39/58),对应的癌旁组织为36.2%(21/58),前者CENP-A阳性率和表达水平高于后者(χ^2=18.54,Z=-3.962,P<0.001)差异有统计学意义;CENP-A在哈族食管癌组织中的表达与肿瘤直径(P=0.04)、分化程度(P=0.036)、浸润深度(P=0.046)、淋巴结转移(P=0.009)、TNM分期(P=0.005)差异有统计学意义。结论CENP-A可作为评价食管癌进展比较理想的指标。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the expression and clinicopathological significance of centromere protein A(CENP-A)in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues in Kazakh patients.Methods The CENP-A expression in peripheral blood of 58 esophageal cancer Kazakh patients and normal Kazakh peripheral blood was detected by ELISA.Immunohistochemical(IHC)was used to test the CENP-A protein expression in esophageal cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues in Kazakh.We analyzed the association between CENP-A expression and clinicopathological characteristics.Results The level of CENP-A was significantly higher in the peripheral blood of Kazakh esophageal cancer patients than normal Kazakh people.The results of IHC showed that the positive rates of CENP-A in Kazakh esophageal cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were 67.2%(39/58)and 36.2%(21/58),respectively.And the positive expression of CENP-A in cancer tissues was higher than that in the adjacent tissues(x^2=18.54,Z=-3.962,P<0.001).CENP-A expression was significantly correlated with tumor diameter(P=0.04),differentiation degree (P=0.036),invasion depth(P=0.046),lymph node metastasis(P=0.009)and TNM stage(P=0.OO5).Conclusion CENP-A can be used as an ideal index to evaluate the progress of esophageal cancer.
