摘 要:油酸改性的纳米TiO2与一定量二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和环氧树脂(E51)等充分反应,得到的乳液通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段进行表征和分析,证实了改性纳米TiO2成功接枝到环氧-聚氨酯共聚物分子链上形成了稳定的三元复合材料。结果表明:三元复合材料的稳定性能好,涂膜的耐水性能和力学性能强,当TiO2质量含量为0.8%时,复合涂膜的铅笔硬度最高达3H,拉伸强度最高达12.3MPa,涂膜的抗紫外、抗老化性能亦有明显提高。The modified nano TiO2 with oleic acid was fully reacted with a certain amount of two phenyl methane diisocyanate(MDI)and epoxy resin(E51).The obtained emulsion was characterized and analyzed by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).It proved that the modified nano TiO2 was successfully grafted onto the epoxy-polyurethane copolymer molecular chain.And stable ternary composite was prepared.The results shown that the stability of the ternary composite was good,the water resistance and mechanical properties of the coating were strong.When the content of TiO2 was 0.8wt%,the hardness of the composite coating pencil was up to 3H,the tensile strength is up to 12.3MPa,and the anti UV and anti aging properties of the film were also improved obviously.
