摘 要:尼龙66(PA66)短纤维具有质轻、强度高、耐热性强等优良性能,是橡胶复合材料中常用的增强材料。为改善纤维和橡胶的界面粘结,首先采用高效环保的紫外光辐照纤维表面,在此基础上接枝端羧基液体橡胶进行改性,制备了PA66短纤维/天然橡胶复合材料,考察了紫外光辐照时间对纤维及复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,紫外光辐照PA66短纤维表面4min,浸渍2g液体橡胶后,PA66短纤维/天然橡胶复合材料的100%定伸应力提高了11.3%,300%定伸应力提高了9.23%,PA66短纤维与天然橡胶复合材料的界面粘结效果得到明显改善。Nylon 66(PA66)short fiber is a common reinforcing material in rubber composites because of its light weight,high strength and high heat resistance.In order to improve the interfacial bond between fiber and rubber,the fiber was modified by UV radiation with high efficiency and environmental protection,and then modified by secondary grafting of carboxyl group liquid rubber.The effects of ultraviolet lamp radiation treatment time on the properties of the fiber and its composites were discussed.It was found that when the surface of nylon 66short fiber was irradiated by ultraviolet light for 4min,and 2g liquid rubber was impregnated,modulus at 100%tensile stress of rubber composite increased by 11.3%and modulus at 300%tensile stress increased by 9.23%.The interfacial bond effect between nylon 66short fiber and natural rubber composite was improved obviously.
